We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Accounts Clerk to join a busy legal accounts team of 3. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected law firm of 60 staff, offering a collaborative environment and varied responsibilities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will work as part of a dedicated accounts team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank and trust account reconciliations
  • Processing client bills
  • General accounting and administrative duties
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Min 1-3 years' experience in an accounts clerk role (legal industry experience highly regarded)
  • Trust account experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
