About the role

  • Processing high volumes of invoices for multiple entities
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with suppliers, management and other staff members in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Assisting accounting team with end of month processes
  • Maintaining data records in a professional manner.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

About you:

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
  • Able to work to a deadline and prioritising workload.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in MYOB is an advantage
  • Good computer literacy, including with the Microsoft Office suite and business accounting software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and can work harmoniously in a team environment
