About the role

We are seeking a friendly and highly professional Receptionist to join our growing team at AB Group Pty Ltd in Epping, Victoria. This full-time role will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally
  • Managing the reception area, including maintaining tidiness and organisation
  • Providing general administrative support, such as document printing, filing, and data entry
  • Assisting with various projects and tasks as required
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams applications is essential
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • A keen interest in providing exceptional customer service
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
