Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into the nitty-gritty of accounting: recording transactions, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts in MYOB and our job system (Procore).
  • Keep the financial gears turning with professional collection processes and consistent follow through.
  • Serve as the guardian of precision, maintaining spotless financial records by reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis.
  • Channel your customer service to ensure a smooth issuance and collections process alongside our Service team.

Requirements:

  • Prior accounting experience is necessary to hit the ground running in this role.
  • Excel wizards preferred – proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must.
