**The Company**:
Our client is an ASX-listed business within the Property industry and are in need of an Accounts Receivable officer to join their fast-pace dynamic team.

**The Role**:
Role purpose The Accounts Receivable Officer within the Accounts Receivable team is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Accounts Receivable. This function is a critical component of the Shared Services team and integral support to the Property Management teams.

In this position, your relationships with Property Managers, Lease Administration and the wider Finance team and other key stakeholders across the business, will enable you to deliver on key objectives including management of customer accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, daily, including liaising with Finance business partners
- Prepare month end bank reconciliation pack for sign off in accordance with month end deadlines
- Daily processing of Owners Remittance sweeps and reporting for Treasury Operations
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Manager and General Manager, Finance Shared Services, which will include adhoc and general administrative tasks as required
- Operating with consideration of compliance and process standardisation and drive continuous improvement of processes for the receivables function
- Assist (information and supporting documentation) on Internal and External Audit requirements

**Experience**:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of core finance competencies;
- Prior exposure to Finance functions within a property or financial services environment advantageous
- Experience using large ERP systems or Yardi is preferred
- Exposure to complex company structures
