Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Clerk, based in North Sydney, NSW. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming payments, verifying and recording transactions, resolving payment discrepancies, and producing financial reports. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Accounts Receivable processes and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in logistics or shipping industry is a plus
