They have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join the team due to an internal move.
- Property tenant receipting in ERP State Based Trust accounts
- Daily processing of Owners Remittance sweeps and reporting for Treasury Operations
- Tenant/customer account reconciliations
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, daily, including liaising with Finance business partners
- Prepare month end bank reconciliation pack for sign off in accordance with month end deadlines
- Training and support of junior team members
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Manager and General Manager, Finance Shared Services, which will include adhoc and general administrative tasks as required
- Operating with consideration of compliance and process standardisation and drive continuous improvement of processes for the receivables function
- Assist in delivering projects assigned from time to time in accordance with agreed budgets, schedules, and specifications
- Ensure confidential information is protected
- Assist (information and supporting documentation) on Internal and External Audit requirements

**About you**:

- At least three years in a similar type role
- Ability to work autonomously and a apart of a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Tertiary degree qualification in accounting or business-related studies advantageous
- Experience in a senior accounts receivable or finance role, minimum 5 years
- Exposure to financial systems and a corporate environment
- Knowledge of property commerce / industry
