Account Receivable Officer

1. Manage and create customer accounts in the system.

2. Regularly monitor the usage of customer credit limits to assess creditworthiness.

3. Issue invoices to customers for products or services rendered.

4. Process receipts and ensure accurate allocation of payments to customer accounts.

5. Address and resolve customer credit queries and issues.

6. Conduct preliminary reviews of contracts, purchase orders, and related documents to ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.

7. Issue account statements to customers on a regular basis.

8. Generate weekly and monthly credit reports to monitor accounts receivable status.

9. Conduct outbound collections to follow up on overdue accounts and facilitate timely payments.

10. Maintain your own ledger, updating account information and transaction records.

11. Process credit notes and handle other credit claims in accordance with company policies.

12. Recognize revenue in compliance with accounting standards and company guidelines.

13. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.

14. Liaise with customers, track overdue accounts, and coordinate payment arrangements.

15. Assist audit teams in conducting internal and external audits, providing necessary information and documents.

16. Participate in financial planning, assisting in cash flow forecasting.

17. Develop and implement accounts receivable policies and procedures to ensure financial compliance.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

3. Experience with a large ERP System (i.e. SAP, Pronto, Navision, Oracle etc.).

4. Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

**Salary**: $50,962.24 - $88,160.68 per year
