**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Accounts Receivables - issuing invoices, credit control and collections
- Attending to account enquiries
- The ability to work independently and self-manage time and priorities
- Resolving account inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Take phone calls to and from customers
- Other various duties as required

**The successful applicant**
- 3+ years of office-based accounts and administration experience
- Speaking Chinese
- Experience and knowledge in the following is Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to build relationships with internal / external stakeholders
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to enter customer details and products into our database
- Reliable, trustworthy and self motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Active problem-solving that contributes to productive outcomes.
- Be both energetic and motivated, with a strong desire to contribute their best to a team that prides itself on supporting each other and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 4 years (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
