An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Mid-Level Contract Administrator to join a tier-one team working on a $190M luxury high-rise development on Chevron Island. This is a standout project with real career-building potential, offering long-term exposure to high-end, complex builds.

About the Role:

  • Work onsite alongside an experienced project team
  • Support end-to-end contract administration for a major high-rise build
  • Report to the Project Manager and gain hands-on exposure
  • Assist with cost control, procurement, and contract management
  • Opportunity for growth and development in a large-scale project environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–5 years' commercial construction experience
  • Exposure to contract administration on commercial or large-scale projects
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing team
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
