Sales Executive

JLL's market-leading Capital Markets business is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our rapidly growing Residential Project Sales team in Sydney. This is your opportunity to be part of our formative residential business during an exciting growth phase, with excellent progression opportunities for the right candidate.
As our Sales Executive, you'll drive off-the-plan residential transactions while building strategic partnerships that fuel our team's exponential growth. Your expertise will shape client experiences from initial consultation through settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute off-the-plan residential sales transactions from client brief to settlement
- Conduct buyer viewings, site inspections, and negotiating deals
- Maintain comprehensive CRM records and manage contract documentation
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers, agents, solicitors, and stakeholders
- Develop strategic alliances with JLL's regional and international sales teams
- Coordinate domestic sales campaigns, presentations, and development launches
- Provide weekly sales reporting and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
This is what we're looking for:
- Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License
- 3-5 years' experience in residential project sales and marketing
- Proven track record in residential sales and negotiations
- Strong understanding of Australian residential property sales processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
Highly Desirable:
- Professional qualifications in Property, Business, or Finance
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in real estate
