About the Role

Are you passionate about sport and fitness — and eager to inspire the next generation of athletes, coaches, and fitness professionals?

We're seeking an
energetic, team player and motivated Sports & Fitness Trainer and Assessor
to join our growing team at our
Southport campus
.

This position offers the flexibility to work
full-time or part-time
, with ongoing professional development and career growth in a supportive, innovative workplace.

You'll deliver engaging and practical training to local high school students, domestic learners, and international students across a range of courses, including:

• SIS20122 Certificate II in Sport and Recreation
• SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness
• SIS50321 Diploma of Sport (Coaching)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess the above qualifications for domestic and international students.
• Assign and mark assessments using the
  GeSS Learning Management System (LMS)
  .
• Maintain accurate student progress, attendance, and assessment records.
• Provide personalised academic support and constructive feedback.
• Participate in moderation and compliance processes to maintain quality standards.

Essential Criteria

• Current
  TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  (or equivalent).
• Relevant
  VET qualifications
  in Sport, Fitness, or related disciplines (Certificate III or higher).
• Strong
  industry background
  with practical experience in the sport and fitness sector.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting students to achieve success.
