Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an
energetic, team player and motivated Business Trainer and Assessor
to join our team on a
permanent full-time basis
for an immediate start.

Courses to Deliver

  • BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business
  • BSB50120 Diploma of Business
  • BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess the above qualifications for domestic and international students.
  • Assign, mark, and grade student work using the GeSS Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain accurate student records including progress, attendance, and class activities.
  • Provide one-on-one academic support and constructive feedback.
  • Participate in internal and external moderation to ensure compliance and quality.

Essential Criteria

  • Current
    TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
    (or equivalent).
  • VET qualifications
    in the courses listed above or higher (e.g. Bachelor of Business).
  • Note: If you do not hold all listed qualifications, GeSS Education will provide these to successful candidates.
  • Relevant industry experience
    , preferably with high school students.
