Trainer and Assessor

**ETC** are looking for a highly motivated, **qualified Trainer & Assessor **in **Retail and Business **to join our award-winning RTO (6998) in the **Gold Coast**. **This is a **full-time position**. Regular travel will be required across ETC's North Coast offices.

**What will you be doing?**

Using your passion for the industry, your knowledge and your skills to **train the next generation of high-quality Hospitality workers**. You will be delivering accredited and non-accredited training in an accessible, fun and practical way while providing support to Trainees in their host establishments, undertaking observations and assessing the practical requirements of their course.

As a **qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessor,** you are comfortable facilitating group and individual sessions, either face to face or in the digital space. You have an engaging nature and can connect with people from a diverse range of backgrounds to educate and support them in developing the skills, attitudes and behaviours expected by employers. Most importantly you have a genuine drive to see your students succeed and the skills and capability to support this.

**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent
- Current Industry Qualifications
- Minimum two years industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites

Ideally you have a current RSA/RCG, however it is not essential for the role.
