WMA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally recognised qualifications in maritime operations, recreational boat licenses and first aid.Located in the heart of the great barrier reef, Airlie Beach is one of Australia's premier maritime destinations. You'll be joining a close-knit and passionate team that aim to prepare students for rewarding careers at sea and support the professional standards of the maritime industry.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and assess training sessions within the identified and approved scope.Ensure compliance with RTO standards and industry regulations.Provide feedback and support to learners.CriteriaEssentialHold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or a TAE40116 Certificate in Training and Assessment).Current industry skills, experience and vocational qualifications directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided:Current Master
