Salary Range: $55–$85 AUD/hour (depending on experience and employment type)

About iProgress Academy

iProgress Academy is a newly established, CRICOS-registered Registered Training Organisation (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality vocational education to both domestic and international students. With a focus on Information Technology and Leadership & Management, we aim to empower learners with industry-relevant skills and real-world knowledge through engaging, supportive, and compliant training practices.

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Trainers and Assessors to deliver the following qualifications:

• ICT50220 – Diploma of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess units in accordance with the training package and RTO standards
• Prepare and maintain training materials, session plans, and assessment tools
• Support students through their learning journey with guidance and feedback
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes
• Ensure compliance with ASQA and CRICOS requirements
• Participate in validation and moderation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery and student experience
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course quality and engagement

Requirements

• TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• MUST HOLD Diploma-level qualification in Information Technology
• Leadership & Management qualification greatly beneficial but not required
• Minimum 2 years experience in training and assessing in the VET sector
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• CRICOS experience highly regarded
• Able to manage and be committed to the student journey
