We are seeking experienced trainers and assessors who are passionate about delivering construction training and assessment.
Qualification - CPC33020 Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying
As a Trainer & Assessor, you will:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured training and assessment to Overseas Students
- Contribute to continuous improvement through moderation, validation and data-informed refinements.
- Plan and deliver training for We are seeking experienced trainers and assessors who are passionate about delivering AUR training products.
As a Trainer & Assessor, you will:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured training and assessment to Domestic (Apprenticeship) and Overseas Students
- Contribute to continuous improvement through moderation, validation and data-informed refinements.
- Plan and deliver training for CPC33020 Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying using TAS, assessment tools and work-integrated learning approaches.
- Conduct assessments in accordance with the Principles of Assessment and make accurate assessment judgments.
- Engage with employers and workshop supervisors to ensure the delivery industry remains relevant and placement-ready.
- Undertake and record targeted CPD to sustain current training/assessment skills and learner-engagement practice.
- Participate in assessment validation as scheduled.
Mandatory requirements (Credential Policy + Outcome Standards)
To deliver training and assessment without direction, you must hold one of the following:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor)
- TAE40116 or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- A diploma or higher in adult education or VET
- A secondary teaching qualification and one of: TAESS00011, TAESS00019 (or successor), or TAESS00024 (or successor)
Plus, you will demonstrate:
- Vocational competence relevant to the AUR training product(s) delivered—at least to the level of the qualification—and
- Current industry skills and knowledge, evidenced through recent practice, PD, and engagement with up-to-date workshop technologies. TAS, assessment tools and work-integrated learning approaches.
- Conduct assessments in accordance with the Principles of Assessment and make accurate assessment judgments.
- Engage with employers and workshop supervisors to ensure the delivery industry remains relevant and placement-ready.
