Sydney-based Managed Service Provider is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide essential support to the Sales and Marketing team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate quotes, processing orders, managing renewals, and maintaining client records to ensure the smooth delivery of IT solutions and services.
Opportunity to join an established IT services provider with a strong reputation for reliable, proactive client support.
- $70K – $85K base + superannuation
- Prepare validated hardware, software, and service quotes
- Process sales orders and manage renewals to maintain client relationships
- Maintain CRM and quoting systems with accurate client data
- Assist with proposals, agreements, and project support
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
- Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional with prior experience in IT sales administration or quoting. Training will be provided to ensure success, and we offer an excellent opportunity to develop within a client-focused, collaborative environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function by preparing accurate quotes, managing renewals, and processing client orders. You will maintain CRM systems, assist with proposals and marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth within client accounts. The role also involves generating reports, supporting general IT projects, and contributing to administrative functions across the business.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..
- Prior experience in IT sales administration, quoting, or a related support role
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to work full-time in the office
IT'S NICE TO HAVE…..
- Background in IT support or technical services
- Experience with CRM and quoting tools
- Ability to support marketing campaigns and client proposals
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services in an MSP or similar environment
