Position of Administrator offers diverse work in a small jewellery team with administrative and accounts responsibilities.
We are looking for:
- 2+ years hands-on experience with MYOB AccountRight, particularly accounts payable and invoicing modules
- Minimum 1-2 years administration experience processing supplier invoices, managing accounts payable, and coordinating customer orders in a retail or service environment
- Manage telephone calls, emails and appointments
- Formal MYOB certification preferred, or equivalent demonstrated competency through practical experience
- Proactive and professional with good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and Word) and comfortable with email management systems
Hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm
6-month contract, 4 days per week
Easy access. Located in Parramatta walking distance to public transport
Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia
