Sales & Operations Coordinator – Premium Design Showroom (Brunswick)

We're Adoore, a Brunswick-based design studio specialising in custom wrought iron and steel doors. Our clients are architects, builders, and design-savvy homeowners who expect high standards, clear communication, and smooth execution. We deliver that by running a tight ship — and we're looking for someone to help us keep it that way.

This role sits at the core of the business. You'll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, guiding clients through selections, preparing quotes and CAD requests, processing payments, tracking job files, and keeping communication sharp and timely from first contact through to install.

This is not an entry-level admin role. It requires strong judgement, speed, and accuracy.

You'll be dealing with high-value jobs, discerning clients, and production deadlines — so we need someone who takes ownership, works clean, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks. You'll be trained in the product, but the thinking, polish, and care must already be there.

What the role involves
– Managing showroom walk-ins, inbound calls, and email enquiries
– Supporting the sales process with quotes, CAD requests, and payment follow-ups
– Preparing job sheets and coordinating install details
– Communicating with clients and trades across long timelines
– Tracking each job and ensuring every step is documented and accurate

We're looking for someone who is
– Fast, sharp, and detail-focused
– Experienced in quoting, payments, or technical admin (interiors, construction, or design ideal)
– Excellent with both verbal and written communication
– Warm, professional, and confident with clients face-to-face
– Naturally organised and proactive — sees what needs doing and does it
– Comfortable juggling moving parts without losing accuracy or tone

  • - Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

This role is for someone who
– Thrives in a busy, high-standard environment
– Has real experience in structured, client-facing admin
– Understands how to manage deadlines, expectations, and quality at the same time
– Isn't afraid of pressure and knows how to keep things moving

  • - Has 2 years of experience in structured, client-facing admin roles

Details
– Full Time; Shortened 35 Hour Weekdays, 4 Hour Saturday Mornings (onsite in Brunswick)
– Immediate start available
– Salary based on experience

  • - Valid Australian driver's licence required
