**Position Overview**

We're on the hunt for a dedicated Clinic Business Manager/BDM to spearhead our team of enthusiastic nurses and laser & skin therapists. This pivotal role centers on elevating Clinic sales performance, nurturing team growth, and upholding exceptional standards through direct engagement with clients.

As a leader, you'll play a crucial role in cultivating expertise within the team, fostering a client-centric environment that cultivates loyalty. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to lead a team of dedicated professionals, drive sales performance, and shape the future of our business

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the operations of the business including administrative requirements, team management, sales performance and marketing.
- Lead a team of highly passionate nurses and laser & skin therapists, fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.
- Drive clinic sales performance by developing and implementing strategic business plans in collaboration with the Directors.
- Develop strategies and targets, focusing overall on sales and performance, client service and satisfaction, and internal audit.
- Work closely with our teams across our locations to ensure operational compliance and drive success.
- Develop a strong understanding of what drives and motivates our team to increase performance and client service standards.
- Monitor performance and sales constantly.
- Mentor team members and assist them in their success, growth and development.
- Coach team members when dealing with issues or challenges that may arise.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks to ensure business success.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Prior management sales experience.
- Strong business acumen and experience in clinic management.
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs in a multi-site management role.
- Proven ability to work within a fast paced environment, where you possess skills to manage multiple tasks at a time.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, including personal and team KPI’s.
- Be passionate about leading and mentoring a team and ensuring Clinic success.
- Analytical and financial acumen.
- The ability to understand systems and ensure that they are administered and adhered to.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong people management skills, personal organisation & attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strategic, highly influential and collaborative mindset.
- Qualification in beauty therapy or related field.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
