**About the role**
As a key support member of a small team, you will report to and work directly with the CEO and Founder. This is a crucial role in the organisation and you will be fully supported to achieve the goals with access to the full team: CEO, lawyer, accountant, designer and Sales.
- Keeping the whole team including contractors, CEO and board on track and focussed on priorities
- Support Sales by monitoring and responding to customer enquiries
- Tracking, reporting and daily management of customer databases
- Support implement business, sales and marketing plans;
- Operations: support CEO with production of Nüdel resources including assisting with material ordering, logistics, safety and compliance.
- End of month reporting including board reports, funders reports, AGM and Annual report with support from our accountant.
- Support Sales and assist with marketing functions
- Admin and support work for the CEO and Team, such as asset and calendar management as well as process and system implementation
- Occasional social media, google and facebook Ad support in consultation with specialist contractors
**About you**
- Can work autonomously and love supporting others ;
- You’re a self-starter and highly motivated
- Happy to get your hands dirty;
- Can’t isn’t in your vocabulary, if you haven’t done it before, we will give you the tools if you’re willing to give it a go and learn it;
- Super organised and love a spreadsheet; multitasking is your middle name;
- A passion for creativity and play-based learning preferred - not essential
- Love diversity
- Have great communication skills including written and verbal;
- Great presentation skills when required
- Relevant and proven industry experience, (a minimum of 3 years) in an operations focused/admin role in Manufacturing and/or Accounting (preferred but not essential)
- Previous corporate or commercial experience

We are looking for someone that has experience in the corporate sector but looking for a refreshing change, can bounce from strategy to execution, and is willing to give anything a go.
