As a Queensland-owned and operated company with offices along the east coast of Australia, we have a **rapidly growing** & **dynamic team** consisting of administrators, schedulers, technicians, and sales managers.We are looking for a **proactive Electrical Service Administrator** to join our team. This role will see you working in our East Brisbane office where you’ll be in charge of **liaising with customers**, **scheduling jobs**, following up with technicians throughout the day and **ensuring works are completed & invoiced**. Additionally, **you will represent the Sure Power team with professionalism**, build meaningful relationships with our customers, **promote Sure Power’s offerings**, and ultimately **achieve a high level of customer satisfaction**.

**Your Role**

**What is expected**

The successful applicant will have proven experience in the electrical industry, preferably as an electrician. You will also have exceptional communication skills with attention to detail and high proficiency in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint.Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Providing daily support to your team
- Assisting with technical enquiries
- Entering relevant data in SimPro
- Converting quotes/orders into jobs
- Scheduling jobs
- Receipting orders/deliveries into SimPro
- Following up with our technicians & contractors throughout the day
- Ensuring reports are correctly completed and submitted by technicians
- Sending invoices and sale orders
- Keeping compliance up to date
- Making sure customer portals are up to date and complete
- Managing and altering contracts into SimPro
- Overseeing work done by contractors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $59,999.00 per year
