About the Role
Working Monday to Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu), you'll be the key contact for our valued clients—guiding them through the entire sales journey with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, backed by industry-leading systems and training, both internally and through Mercedes-Benz.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally in person, by phone, and via email
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
- Present clients to management and assist in finalising transactions
- Schedule appointments for vehicle viewings and deliveries
- Liaise with admin, finance, and management teams to coordinate sales and deliveries
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and match vehicles to client needs
- Prepare contracts and documentation using Mercedes-Benz proprietary systems
- Resolve customer service matters promptly and effectively
- Uphold company WHS policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Year 12 or equivalent
- Previous automotive or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and initiative-driven mindset
- Enthusiastic and motivated personality
- Current SA driver's licence
- Solid IT skills
