Position Overview

We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide support in a diverse role within a professional but friendly environment. This is a full-time position based in our Perth CBD office.

The position will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining stock levels of office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items
  • Help manage office access passes, building maintenance requests, and other basic office coordination tasks
  • Update and maintain company document templates, ensuring alignment with organisational policies, procedures, and standards
  • Assist with staff mobilisation and travel arrangements for employees travelling to site.
  • Assist with planning internal and external events, including venue bookings and catering arrangements
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks, including data entry, expense processing, and basic project support
  • Being a key point of contact for external and internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Experience in office administration roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
