About the Role
We're seeking a Finance & Administration Officer with strong bookkeeping and office management skills to join our West Perth office. This is a full-time, hands-on position that combines finance, payroll, and Xero bookkeeping with office coordination, and administration. You'll play a key role in supporting the team, keeping things organised, and helping us deliver great results every day.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations in Xero.
• Process fortnightly payroll, leave, and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
• Coordinate office operations — from supplies and facilities to mail and catering.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare contracts, forms, and team event logistics.
• Assist the General Manager and leadership team with day-to-day administration.
• Maintain a tidy, professional, and well-organised workspace.
Desired Experience
• Experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, and office administration.
• Proficiency with Xero, Office 365 (Excel), and digital systems such as Jira.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
• Clear communication and confidence managing varied responsibilities.
