About the role:
We are currently looking for an Office administrator who is passionate about supporting the team. This role will be processing all aspects of administration as well as assisting our accounts team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting in monthly expense settlements
- Office supplies ordering, management, and maintenance
- Building's Tenant Representative (postage, tenant portal, and etc)
- Document management (Hard-copy, and e-paper)
- Customer service (Greeting, phone, and digital signage)
- Managing director's schedules
- Maintaining and producing ad hoc schedules and reports relevant to the position as and when required
Skills and experience requirements
- Strong data entry skills, and system orientation
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and great time management
- Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
- Multi-lingual desired - Korean
