Grandfathers is a new modern Chinese restaurant In the heart of Sydney's CBD. With a focus on bold regional flavours, refined technique, and elevated service, Grandfathers aims to deliver one of the city's most exciting and memorable dining experiences.

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team

Experience:

  • Fluent English
  • Chef de Partie (2+ Years)
  • Wok skills preferenced
  • Chinese cuisine knowledge is highly regarded
  • Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of food safety standards
  • Full-time availability.
