Job Overview:
Join our dynamic Repair/RMA team as a Customer Solutions Administrator, where you'll be responsible for managing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) cases, data entry, and general administrative duties. In this role, you'll assist with repair/warranty job creation, liaise with consumer and enterprise customers regarding their cases, coordinate the logistics of RMA cases, and communicate with the manufacturer to facilitate case submissions. You'll receive training in our in-house systems, SAP Business One, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email and phone, assisting with RMA-related enquiries and keeping customers informed.
- Create and manage RMA jobs in the system, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Oversee the logistics and follow through on RMA cases from initiation to resolution.
- Communicate with the manufacturer to facilitate case submissions.
- Use our in-house system and SAP Business One for effective data management.
- Support the RMA team with daily administrative and technical tasks.
- Participate in technical training to learn how drones work – you'll even get the chance to fly them
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn technical systems and processes.
- Previous experience in administration or customer support is an advantage, but not essential.
