Part-Time Office Administrator – Client Support (School-Hours Friendly)

This is an
in-person, part-time role
with flexibility around school hours – perfect for parents returning to work or those wanting steady, meaningful work without sacrificing family commitments.
About Us
We're a self-licensed client-first financial planning practice focused on providing clear advice, reliable execution, and compliance excellence. We use modern systems (Microsoft 365, DocuSign, cloud-based document management) and value people who take ownership and keep things moving.
The Role
You'll be the person who keeps our advisers and clients on track. Day-to-day, you'll:
- Manage our Annual Fee-for-Advice renewals: scheduling, tracking, and follow-ups
- Prepare review packs, file notes, and client communications
- Coordinate DocuSign packs, maintain accurate document control
- Support advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up actions
- Keep our CRM (WorksSorted/Xplan) up to date
- Assist with inbox management, data entry, scanning, reconciliations, and ad-hoc admin projects
About You
- Prior admin experience (essential) – any industry; professional services or finance a bonus
- Strong attention to detail, comfortable working with templates and checklists
- Confident with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
- Clear and courteous communication (written and verbal)
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working to compliance processes and deadlines
