Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Administration Officer/Receptionist with highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence to join our Administration Team.   The successful applicant will need experience in the Health Sector setting within Australia.

Essential Criteria

ü  Recent Hospital experience

ü  Strong background in customer service

ü  Excellent time management and organisational skills

ü  Reliability and a strong work ethic

ü  Ability to work independently with initiative and as a team member

ü  Excellent verbal communication skills, enthusiastic and positive attitude

ü  Strong computer skills

ü  Attention to detail

ü  Capacity to work the occasional weekend/evening shift

ü  Previous Health Administration experience

Applicants must hold a National Police Check and Working with Children's Check and full working rights in Australia.

Desirable Criteria

ü  Experience with WEBPAS, Blue Chip, Medicare/HICAPS, Health fund billing etc will be highly regarded
