Solar Farm Project - Engineering Company
Location: Sydney, NSW
This is an opportunity for a long-term contract or permanent position.
We're looking for a Contracts & Procurement Administrator to join our team in Sydney. This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery as we work toward a net-zero future.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide contracts support across all phases of the project
- Assist with developing strategies, plans, and procurement documents
- Support tender preparation, evaluation, and contract administration
- Maintain accurate contract records and support payment processes
- Identify and manage contract-related risks
- Preparing and maintaining contract documentation in line with procedures, drafting contract notices and letters
- 5+ years of experience in contracts administration (energy, mining, or construction sectors)
- Consultancy experience preferred
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to adapt to various client systems and processes
- Proactive mindset with a focus on practical solutions
