  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and letting packages, building strong commercial expertise
  • Take the lead on progress claims, variations, and contract documentation, giving you exposure to more complex project stages
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, project teams, and suppliers, learning how to manage competing priorities with confidence
  • Gain exposure across multiple phases of delivery, sharpening your commercial and contractual management skills
  • Work closely with experienced senior staff who'll mentor you towards the next step in your career

What you'll do

  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor packages and procurement
  • Handle contract administration tasks including progress claims, RFI's, variations, and reporting
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure deadlines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met
  • Contribute to financial tracking and reporting across the project lifecycle
  • Support the Project Manager in keeping projects on time and within budget

What you'll need

  • Around 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of contract management and financial control in construction projects
  • Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in career growth into senior roles
