Sales Manager – Commodity Trade

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our commodity trading operations, focusing on bulk commodities such as mineral products, agricultural goods, and related mining equipment, fertilizers, and agrochemicals. This is a high-impact role offering a competitive base salary and performance-based commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for domestic and international commodity trade
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners
Identify new business opportunities in the mining and agricultural sectors
Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end trade processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commodity trading (mineral or agricultural products) or related sectors (mining equipment, fertilizers, agrochemicals)
Proven track record in B2B sales and international trade
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with trade regulations and logistics
Mandarin proficiency is a plus
