About the role:

Take your career to the next level in this Product Manager position. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll take full ownership of your brand portfolio, shaping strategy, driving profitability, and delivering commercial outcomes from concept through to market success.

This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you'll partner with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure effective execution across the full product lifecycle. You'll manage relationships with global brand partners, lead go-to-market launches, and leverage insights to optimise performance.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Define and own the product roadmap for your portfolio, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.

  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market launches, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aligned.
  • Monitor and manage P&L performance, making data-driven decisions to maximise ROI.
  • Provide actionable market and product insights to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver compelling campaigns and sales enablement tools.
  • Build strong relationships with global brand partners and suppliers, ensuring support for initiatives and long-term growth.
  • Oversee in-life product performance, resolving issues, capturing feedback, and driving improvements.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role managing high-profile or global brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering profitable outcomes.
