Trade Co is a dynamic construction company that focuses on continuous improvement and forward-thinking initiatives.

Founded in 2021, we have been growing rapidly with no signs of slowing down Operating predominantly in the residential insurance repairs sector, our work is fast-paced and will see you managing a variety of jobs in any one day.

Trade Co is looking to diversify our portfolio and expand into high-end residential and commercial projects. To support this growth, we are seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our team.

About the role

As a Supervisor on our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building projects alongside our Business Manager.  Your proven project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

This position may suit candidates who:


• Have experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter looking for the next step


• Are seeking work-life balance within the residential construction industry


• Would like to make the change from business owner to employee


• Would like to work with an experienced building management team


• Are ready to develop new skills through on-the-job training.


• Are looking to step into, or, have experience working within Residential Insurance industry


• Would like their transferable skills to be recognised and valued.


• Enjoy finding solutions and collaborating to achieve an outcome.

Our ideal candidate is someone who knows how to Provide Great Service to their Team, Trades and Clients. Additionally, you may have experience in:


• Coordinating Trades and materials


• Quoting, estimating, scope of works and variations


• Residential renovation and maintenance


• Health and Safety management


• Quality Assurance


• Scheduling and planning


• Working to policies and procedures


• Using project management software


• Project and budget management

Qualifications required:


• QBCC Site Supervisor licence
