The Opportunity

We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead our retail sales division across Australia. This role has become available due to a retirement and subsequent strategic restructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance across five RV dealerships, comprising vehicle sales and workshop operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a high-performing individual who can foster a collaborative culture, coach and develop sales teams, and align people to a shared vision. The ideal candidate will be a strong cultural fit—someone who leads with integrity, has a sense of humour, and is known for getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the retail and wholesale sales performance of campervans, motorhomes, and caravans across five dealerships
  • Coach and inspire sales teams to achieve their full potential
  • Champion a process-driven culture, ensuring consistency and accountability
  • Oversee operational management of all dealership functions, including compliance, HSW, and financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Drive alignment with thl's broader strategic goals and values
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and foster buy-in across teams

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in a multi-site sales and operational environment, automotive is a plus
  • Strong cultural alignment: collaborative, pragmatic, and performance-driven
  • Ability to lead selflessly, focusing on coaching and team development
  • Highly organised with a strong understanding of process discipline
  • Commercially astute with history of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to regulatory compliance
