What You'll Do:

Lead the Sales Team

  • Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed their targets.
  • Set clear goals, track performance, and build a winning team culture.
  • Lead by example in customer interactions and high-value deals.

Drive Business Growth

  • Develop and execute local sales strategies.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions, online outreach, and events.

Manage Daily Operations

  • Oversee accurate sales processing, paperwork, and financing agreements.
  • Ensure the showroom and yard are always customer-ready.
  • Maintain strong supplier and stock management coordination.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience

  • Personally handle key customers and complex deals.
  • Ensure seamless vehicle handovers and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer care at every stage.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in automotive, caravan, or recreational vehicle sales (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends and attend trade shows as required
