About the Role:

Newcastle BMW/MINI Garage is a high-performing new and used vehicle dealership. We're seeking a General Sales Manager to lead the continued success of the dealership team. As GSM, you will:

  • Lead a motivated and high-performing new and used BMW sales team.
  • Assist with lead management and double closing deals with Team members.
  • Manage New and Used inventory for effective marketing and presentation.
  • Drive the sales of new and used vehicles to achieve targets.
  • Cultivate a Team approach to sales to maximise volume while ensuring a high level or customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Assist in fulfilling brand requirements and managing manufacturer reporting.

  • Demonstrated leadership/Management skills that inspire and motivate.
  • Solid experience in prestige vehicle sales and management experience (BMW preferred).
  • An approachable and outgoing personality.
  • A customer-centric mindset and commitment to service excellence.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging both customers and team members.
  • A growth mindset.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • A strong desire to push your limits and expand your professional horizons.
