We are currently seeking a dynamic New & Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. As a key player in our high-performing dealership, you will lead our New & Used Vehicle Sales Department and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilites:
- Lead and Motivate - Guide and inspire the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Experience - Ensure the highest level of service, understanding customers' needs, and showcasing the features and benefits of our new vehicles.
- Communication - Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Sales Performance - Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring alignment with set KPIs and profit objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership Skills - Proven ability to mentor and train sales consultants to maximise their potential.
- Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
