About the Role
As the Northern Region Sales Manager, you will lead and drive the sales performance across the Northern Region of NSW (north of Sydney Metro). This role will be based out of Newcastle. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, expanding our market share, and achieving revenue and profit targets. You'll oversee a team of sales and customer service professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a strong focus on customer relationships, technical selling, and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving customer acquisition
- Managing key accounts
- Developing pricing frameworks
- Leading the implementation of performance-driven sales processes.
You will monitor market trends and competitor activity, set product and customer targets, and provide clear direction to the team. A key part of your role will be to coach and develop staff, build a high-performance culture, and ensure all team activities meet ethical and regulatory standards.
