Swan Traffic Management | Osborne Park | Full Time

$70,000 – $90,000 + Super (Based on Experience)

Swan Traffic Management provides traffic control services to government, mining and civil construction clients across WA. We are looking for a motivated Scheduling & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Osborne Park and support the smooth delivery of daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in scheduling, logistics, roster coordination or operational admin who enjoys working in a busy, solutions-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Schedule daily and weekly works in Traffio
  • Allocate workers, vehicles and equipment to jobs
  • Communicate job plans to supervisors and crews
  • Respond to client bookings, queries and schedule changes
  • Work with Admin to arrange accommodation, travel and inductions
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation to clients (MRWA, RTIO, BHP, MRL etc.)
  • Maintain documentation (SWMS, TMPs, permits & prestarts)
  • Participate in an on-call roster for urgent changes
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in scheduling / rostering / coordination / logistics
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage changing priorities
  • A positive, team-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership

Traffio experience is highly regarded but not required — we will train the right person.

  • Full-time role, Osborne Park office
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (flexibility available with discussion)
