We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our high-performing service team

What does your day look like:

  • Answering incoming service calls and returning calls on behalf of the service department
  • Creating customer bookings
  • Coordinating loan vehicle bookings for customers
  • Preparing Repair Orders daily for the following day
  • Liaise with Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Service Manager and other front-line service staff
  • Performing clerical and general administrative duties as required to help support the wider service team

  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • High attention to detail and well-developed customer service skills
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities within a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry essential
