About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for a full-time role as Customer Service Receptionist. Based in Moorabbin, this is a full-time role providing administrative support to our whole team.

You will be taking care of internal and external customer queries, so it is important that you are a confident, friendly individual with an enthusiastic approach to work.

  • A clear, professional, and upbeat telephone manner with the ability to manage a busy switchboard.
  • MS Office experience including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong initiative and proactive organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.
  • Capability to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
  • An ability to work under pressure whilst multi-tasking.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Full permanent work rights is a must.

About the role

We are looking for a "Director of First Impressions" who understands and appreciates the importance of this position and will take the opportunity to make the role their own.

Tasks:

  • Managing reception with face-to-face customer service.
  • Processing new bookings via email, phone, and over the counter.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Maintenance of customer records in multiple systems.
  • Arranging and booking of service calls.
  • Liaising with couriers.
  • General administration and office duties.
  • Keeping reception, kitchen, and common areas clean, tidy and in good working order at all times.
  • Follow up and quoting of customers.
  • Taking items to the post office for shipping.
  • Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri 9am to 5pm, Thursday's are until 5:30pm.
