We're looking for a proactive, detail-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time permanent basis in Seven Hills.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience.

You'll handle enquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support to help our customers receive the care and equipment they need.

Full training will be provided to the right candidate

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond promptly to service requests
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales reps and service technicians
  • Process orders and prepare quotes
  • Maintain accurate client information in our CRM
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What You'll Bring
  • 2–3 years' experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
  • A confident phone manner and strong problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive, team-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
