We are small, busy and well-established firm that has been operating for more than 30 years located in the downtown CBD area close to public transport. Our practice provides legal services in property, business, commercial transactions and other related areas.

About the Role

  • Full-time Receptionist role being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Greeting face-to-face clients and visitors.
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner including timely and accurate recording and relaying of messages.
  • Opening new files, preparing letters and other documents/ correspondence.
  • Assist with general filing and archiving/ file management.
  • Assisting with maintaining office records including printing, scanning etc.
  • Managing/ collecting incoming and outgoing mail eg couriers/ mail register.
  • Assisting with general administrative/ clerical tasks with colleagues as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years legal receptionist &/or administrative experience.
  • Experience with using LEAP legal software.
  • Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin would be highly regarded.
  • Able to work autonomously and show initiative.
  • Professional phone manner and good attention to detail.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with good presentation skills.
  • Good written, organisational and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
