With a strong and expanding presence along Australia's Eastern seaboard, we are currently seeking a Receptionist / Legal Admin to be the welcoming face of our Sydney CBD Office.
This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2+ years of experience in administration and/or reception, who is looking to gain experience in a legal environment and grow with a supportive firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Assisting with general office administration, including mail, filing and scanning
- Assisting legal teams with administrative tasks
- Managing meeting room bookings and helping with set-up
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining staff amenities
- Ensuring the reception area and common spaces reflect our high standards
- Working closely with other reception staff across locations to ensure a seamless experience for all clients and employees
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal administration, reception, or client services within a professional/corporate setting
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound planning and time management skills with the ability to manage workflow and set and deliver on priorities;
- Attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
