Junior Receptionist

We are looking for a full-time junior receptionist for a small but busy legal firm in the Campbelltown CBD.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:-

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments and handling bookings.
  • Coordinating incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Meeting, greeting, and assisting clients.
  • Running errands as required.
  • General administrative duties-typing etc.
  • Filing/opening/closing files and archiving.
  • Maintaining kitchen.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, be well-presented, reliable, and have some knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (predominately Microsoft Word and Excel). Further training will be provided to you on employment.

This role will require you to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
