A full-time position has become available in our administration and accounts department. Our increased business activity requires a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to assist in various reception and administration/ accounts duties. You are expected to be able to work independently and have well organization skills. On the job training will be provided.
Your role will involve the following duties:
- Reception duties
- Provide general administration support
- Data entries
Key attributes required for this role:
- Proficient in both verbal & written communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, social media and internet platforms
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure to meet certain deadlines
- A can do & flexible attitude
- Proactive and eager to learn and develop a career with the company
- Independent worker
- Experience in accounts role would be an advantage
- You must be legally eligible to work unrestricted hours and no visa sponsorship will be provided
