About the role

Join the dynamic team at TURNER FREEMAN as a full-time Receptionist based in our Sydney CBD office. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing the front desk operations of our busy practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries with efficiency and care
  • Organising catering for meetings
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Assisting with other general office duties as required
  • Ordering stationary
  • Responsible for staff kitchen

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or reception role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
